Terms of Service
Plain-language terms for using TwoLife. Last updated: June 2026.
1. Acceptance
By using TwoLife you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service. You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract.
2. What TwoLife is
TwoLife is a tool to help individuals and couples organize and reflect on their shared life. It is not therapy, counseling, or medical, legal, or financial advice, and it is not a substitute for professional care or emergency services. In an emergency, contact local emergency services.
3. Beta / early access
TwoLife is currently offered as a beta. Features may change, break, or be discontinued, and data or settings may occasionally be reset as we iterate. We may invite you to give feedback or to opt into the de-identified improvement program described in the Privacy page — participation is optional.
4. Your account
You’re responsible for your account and the accuracy of what you provide. Keep your credentials secure.
5. Acceptable use
Don’t use TwoLife to harm, harass, surveil, coerce, or deceive anyone — including a partner — or for any unlawful purpose. Don’t attempt to access another person’s private content.
6. The AI's limitations
TwoLife uses AI that can be wrong or incomplete. Its suggestions are not professional advice; use your own judgment and consult professionals for important decisions.
7. Partner & shared data
Each person controls their own content. Content becomes shared only when you choose to share it. You’re responsible for what you choose to share with a partner.
8. Your content
You own the content you create. You grant TwoLife a limited license to process and store it solely to operate the service for you (see Privacy). We don’t use it to train AI models, except de-identified data you choose to share via the optional improvement program. Feedback or ratings you submit, we may use to improve the service.
9. Termination
You can stop and delete your data anytime. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
10. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is,” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, TwoLife isn’t liable for indirect or consequential damages.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms and will notify you of material changes.
12. Contact
